This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and ongoing enhancement of educational programs and learning resources.
• Collaborate with Clinical leadership and subject matter experts to pinpoint educational needs and formulate educational solutions.
• Foster cooperative relationships with center leadership, clinical teams, operations teams, and corporate stakeholders.
• Incorporate evidence-based practices, industry standards, and organizational priorities into educational programs.
• Promote quality improvement through education, training, and the dissemination of best practices.
• Manage educational initiatives and work alongside subject matter experts and stakeholders to meet program goals.
• Assist in the development and delivery of educational programs and learning experiences.
• Organize onboarding and orientation programs.
• Evaluate stakeholder needs and leverage feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to enhance programs and delivery methods.
• Create, maintain, and upgrade educational plans, resources, toolkits, and online learning materials.
• Report on program progress, opportunities, challenges, and outcomes to Clinical Quality leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) team on educational content, annual training, competency programs, and compliance tracking.
• Manage education-related projects and initiatives, ensuring that deliverables, timelines, and objectives are met.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• At least three (3) years of experience in education, training, or professional development, with previous experience in a clinical environment.
• A minimum of three (3) years of clinical education experience, including curriculum development, facilitation, and evaluation.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and enhance learning programs across multiple locations.
• Capacity to establish strong working relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
• Innovative and problem-solving skills to meet the needs of contemporary learners.
• Proficient verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to manage multiple complex projects from planning to implementation and evaluation.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse groups and support a varied workforce.
• Proficiency in utilizing metrics to drive ongoing program improvement.
• Prior experience in leading programs, projects, or teams is preferred.
