This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Lead the team’s operations and manage the product portfolio.
• Perform market analysis and spearhead new product development.
• Develop pricing and promotional strategies.
• Evaluate performance and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Create procedures for product strategy formulation, encompassing market analysis, customer research, and competitive intelligence.
• Prioritize projects, outline product features, and establish a market-centric roadmap.
• Analyze customer needs, preferences, and challenges to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate across departments to define product vision, target demographics, and strategic objectives.
• Define product requirements and prioritize features in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Track product performance and market dynamics, making informed decisions regarding enhancements, updates, or discontinuation.
• Foster communication and coordination across functions.
• Articulate value propositions and product positioning while effectively communicating product features and advantages.
• Guide, mentor, coach, and develop product managers and team members.
• Design, improve, and manage patient and clinician experiences, processes, protocols, assessments, and workflows.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with suppliers and cross-functional partners.
• Assess KPI and SLA performance, delivering plans for quality improvement.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify and prioritize enhancements.
• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to uncover innovation and process improvement opportunities.
• Oversee the complete product Benefit Integration component, ensuring scalable and secure systems that align with long-term business objectives.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management/development, product operations & strategy, or program management in the healthcare sector, ideally within a health tech, tech-enabled provider, or Payor/PBM organization.
• More than 7 years of experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks based on impact and team priorities.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing analyses, presentations, and support materials to guide product strategy decisions and implement operational process changes.
• A minimum of 5 years of strategic thinking experience, including quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Over 5 years of experience in making informed, data-driven decisions and converting data insights into actionable strategies.
• At least 4 years of experience managing senior-level relationships and establishing credible connections across various levels.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing one or more employees.
• Experience in the care delivery and management industry is preferred.
• Management consulting experience is preferred.
• Expertise in vendor contracting and relationship management is preferred.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required; equivalent work experience may be accepted.
• A Master's degree or other advanced qualifications are preferred.
• Occasional travel may be necessary (10–20%).
