Product Operations Analyst – Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across Product Operations and Delivery.

• Manage and monitor various requests and workstreams.

• Analyze metrics and conduct relevant analyses.

• Work together with diverse teams and ensure topics are followed through to completion.

• Recognize issues, involve the appropriate stakeholders, and guarantee progress and resolution of work cycles.

• Utilize management tools and generative Artificial Intelligence for analysis, organization, automation, and enhanced productivity.

• Assist with activities related to product, technology, projects, operations, and delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Product, Technology, Project Management, Operations, Delivery, or similar fields.

• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to monitor multiple requests and workstreams.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with handling metrics.

• Effective communication skills and the capability to collaborate with various teams.

• Proactive in recognizing issues, engaging the relevant stakeholders, and advancing topics.

• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks efficiently, and assume responsibility.

• Capability to see topics through to completion, ensuring successful closure of work cycles.

• Knowledge of management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Linear, ClickUp, or equivalent platforms.

• Interest in grasping the product, technology, and business context behind requests.

• Familiarity with generative Artificial Intelligence tools and their practical application in daily tasks for analysis, organization, automation, and productivity.

• High school diploma.

• Preferred qualifications: experience in SaaS or technology companies; direct collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering teams; understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes; experience with user acceptance testing and software quality; knowledge of BI or data analysis tools; familiarity with Product Analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or Hotjar; previous experience in Product Operations; exposure to automation, AI agents, no-code or low-code tools, or integrations using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make, Lovable, or similar tools.
