This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist in the execution and ongoing operational management of designated products or service areas.
• Foster and maintain communication and relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Recognize opportunities for integrated process enhancements and escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to product success and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and sustain reporting tools to assess and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the designated product or service area.
• Oversee assigned operational elements of the product/service.
• Evaluate operational performance and escalations by monitoring, analyzing, and researching performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations by monitoring internal/external relationships.
• Build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to facilitate operational improvements.
• Detect trends and perform root cause analysis to address complex escalations.
• Generate reports and assist in business review presentations for senior leadership, vendors, and government entities.
• Engage in departmental and product strategic planning.
• Manage projects, including implementations for assigned functions.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives and initiatives.
• Ensure that member and stakeholder communications include appropriate information, talking points, and FAQs, and are executed effectively.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Co-Pilot is preferred.
• Experience with LTC and Medicaid is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading or supporting projects in Benefits, Product Management, Marketing and Sales, Strategic Planning, and/or Project Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and process improvement in Benefits, Healthcare, Regulatory/Government Affairs, vendor management, or oversight, preferably with healthcare vendors.
• Alternatively, 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare contact center or customer service setting dealing with claims, grievances, pharmacy, and appeals authorizations in Medicare, Medicaid, PDP, Exchange, etc.
