This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Oversee a revenue cycle team and directly manage assigned supervisors.
• Promote exceptional service, quality outcomes, responsiveness, and direction for designated clients.
• Assess staffing, tools, coaching, and training needs in collaboration with managers and team members.
• Track daily performance of team members and provide leadership with metric updates.
• Enhance productivity and quality while mentoring on time management, organization, and metrics.
• Evaluate employee performance against set goals and objectives.
• Involve employees in performance management initiatives.
• Lead the AR team, ensuring timely billing and managing payment posting trends and reconciliations.
• Offer regular one-on-one feedback and guidance to employees.
• Participate in meetings, performance improvement planning, strategic planning, project development, and execution of plans.
• Address inquiries from leaders, clients, and associates using data-driven insights and analyses.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on applications, interviews, and hiring recommendations.
• Engage with departments and third-party vendors to resolve challenges faced by associates or clients.
• Achieve budgeted revenue and expense targets.
• Review client accounts receivable, worklists, priority assignments, and key metrics on a monthly basis.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, communicating via phone or email biweekly.
• Escalate issues to the VP of Revenue Cycle.
• Identify client requirements and offer feedback on best-practice workflows.
• Complete and assess monthly client dashboards that include case volume, cash flow, issues, and KPIs.
• Handle month-end reporting and client billing reconciliation.
• Manage updates to fee schedules, charge master increases, contract grids, and client profiles.
• Prepare and dispatch client invoices.
• Address QA cards by reviewing cases, providing team feedback, and adjusting statuses accordingly.
• Proven ability to lead a revenue cycle team and supervise managers effectively.
• Demonstrated capability to enhance service quality, productivity, responsiveness, and performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable operations, billing timelines, payment posting, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience in performance management, coaching, and conducting employee evaluations.
• Ability to analyze client metrics, dashboards, case volume, cash flow, issues, and KPIs.
• Competence in managing month-end reporting and client billing reconciliations.
• Familiarity with managing fee schedules, charge masters, contract grids, and client profiles.
• Skill in preparing and sending client invoices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Human Resources, various departments, and third-party vendors.
