Senior Client Manager, Commercial Risk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage relationships with carriers on behalf of CRMG

• Oversee the service team for designated large accounts

• Coordinate essential services and formulate initial placement/renewal strategies

• Build and sustain suitable commercial carrier relationships

• Conduct marketing initiatives for assigned large accounts

• Prepare or review risk maps for the designated accounts

• Oversee service delivery

• Execute special projects

• Recognize opportunities to enhance the firm, business segment, and processes

• Report issues and discrepancies to the relevant leadership

• Provide mentorship to new colleagues upon request

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience with proven expertise in Commercial Account Management is required

• Must hold all necessary licenses mandated by the State Department of Insurance to offer services, consultations, and financial risk transfer solutions in states where the firm operates, or be willing and capable of obtaining all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment

• Strong technical understanding of general insurance market conditions and specific underwriting appetites of insurance carriers

• Capability to assess complex risk exposures and existing insurance coverages, providing suitable recommendations

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills

• Outstanding client service and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively with professionals from CRMG and various business segments

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Willingness to learn additional software programs or systems utilized by the firm as necessary

• Bachelor's degree and progress toward a professional insurance designation is preferred, though not mandatory

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
