This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage the ongoing success of a portfolio consisting of 5β10 strategic employer clients.
β’ Act as the primary strategic advisor for employer clients and key stakeholders.
β’ Foster client engagement, satisfaction, program performance, retention, and growth.
β’ Oversee implementation, marketing, reporting, program optimization, and issue resolution in collaboration with internal teams and health plan partners.
β’ Establish and maintain strategic relationships with benefits leaders, consultants, and health plan partners.
β’ Acquire expertise in Twin Health programs, clinical operations, implementation processes, member marketing, and health plan delivery.
β’ Leverage program, engagement, and outcomes data to provide consultative recommendations.
β’ Prepare and present client reporting, performance discussions, and business reviews.
β’ Monitor client health and proactively address risks to satisfaction, engagement, performance, and retention.
β’ Create strategies to enhance program awareness, adoption, and member engagement.
β’ Assist with client events, webinars, open enrollment activities, and benefit fairs.
β’ Manage the client renewal lifecycle and achieve portfolio retention and expansion targets.
β’ Identify opportunities for additional eligible populations, programs, and solutions.
β’ Lead client escalations and coordinate resolutions with cross-functional teams.
β’ Represent employer feedback internally and suggest improvements for the health plan channel and client experience.
β’ Report to the AVP of Client Success β Health Plans.
β’ Minimum of 6 years of experience in client success, account management, benefits consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
β’ Experience in managing employer clients or relationships through a health plan, benefits consultant, or other partnership channels is strongly preferred.
β’ Strong understanding of employer benefits and/or health plan environments.
β’ Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments to drive client engagement, retention, and growth.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Highly organized, resourceful, independent, and detail-oriented.
β’ Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel as necessary, estimated at up to 25%.
β’ Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and familiarity with client reporting or business review tools is preferred.
β’ Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
