Large Law Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic lead for designated print portfolios within Large Law accounts.

• Formulate long-term account strategies that safeguard recurring revenue while facilitating customers' transition to online and AI-enhanced legal research solutions.

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with law librarians, knowledge management leaders, procurement teams, legal operations professionals, and firm executives.

• Design and implement multi-year migration plans to transition customers from print publications to digital research platforms.

• Collaborate with customers to manage transitions, reduce business risks, and ensure smooth continuity during digital transformation efforts.

• Assist customers in understanding how LexisNexis content can be utilized within an AI-enabled legal research framework.

• Engage in joint account planning and coordinated customer engagement strategies alongside cross-functional partners.

• Work collaboratively across functions to guarantee a seamless customer experience from initial engagement to ongoing success.
