Senior Manager, Card Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand channels for credit card acquisition, such as affiliate partnerships, paid search, and paid social media.

• Identify, propose, launch, and enhance long-tail affiliate partnerships.

• Create and execute targeted paid search and social media campaigns.

• Collaborate with the credit team to modify prequalification policies for new channels and partners.

• Utilize models and targeting methods with credit and data science to enhance approved volumes and return on investment.

• Design and conduct structured tests across partners, audiences, offers, creative elements, and bidding strategies.

• Work alongside product and engineering teams to refine offers and application experiences.

• Link channel performance to approval rates, activation, spending, and credit performance outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in executing growth programs for lending products, preferably credit cards.

• Highly analytical; proficient in using SQL and Python on a daily basis.

• Experience in assessing funnel performance and segment-specific unit economics.

• Knowledge of prescreened and non-prescreened acquisition strategies.

• Understanding of the intersection between marketing and credit policy.

• Highly self-sufficient and organized.

• Capability to manage end-to-end execution of channels.

• Strong, clear communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across marketing, credit, product, and operations.

• Results-driven with a strong inclination towards experimentation and quantifiable results.
