This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to create strategies and actions that cultivate a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Formulate multi-tiered contact plans for designated customer segments.
• Build and sustain both internal and external customer relationships.
• Evaluate customer data and establish customer requirements, key performance indicators, and opportunity pricing strategies.
• Foster relationships with key clients and influence their planning processes.
• Communicate customer needs effectively to business leadership.
• Analyze the competitive environment to guide capture initiatives and color team assessments.
• Identify and present strategic and business growth opportunities during decision gate reviews.
• Create, assess, and present innovative solutions utilizing Collins technologies.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with product roadmap strategies and maximize company investments.
• Engage in technology development efforts with DoD Science and Technology customers and partners.
• Emphasize resilient communications within DDIL environments, including software-defined radios, waveforms, antennas/apertures, and system-level integration.
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with at least 7 years of experience.
• A valid and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret Security Clearance is required prior to the start date.
• U.S. citizenship is necessary as only U.S. citizens can obtain a security clearance.
• Familiarity with U.S. military CONOPs concerning multi-domain sensing and networking for communications, guidance, and navigation systems.
• Experience with DoD acquisitions related to funding levels 6.2–6.4.
• Knowledge of communications within DDIL environments is essential.
• An active U.S. Top Secret or TS/SCI Security Clearance is preferred on Day 1.
• Direct experience collaborating with DoD S&T communities as a U.S. government employee or contractor is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM tools is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% may be required.
