This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
β’ Guide cross-functional teams in formulating strategies and executing actions that build a robust opportunity pipeline for Collins to succeed.
β’ Create multi-tiered contact plans for designated customer segments.
β’ Build and uphold relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Examine customer data and define customer requirements, key performance indicators, and opportunity pricing strategies.
β’ Cultivate relationships with significant customers and influence their planning processes.
β’ Communicate customer needs effectively to business leadership.
β’ Comprehend the competitive landscape and its implications to enhance capture strategies and color team reviews.
β’ Evaluate complex problems involving various factors and select appropriate approaches and techniques to devise solutions.
β’ Identify and present strategic and business growth opportunities, including market and competitive analyses, during decision gate reviews.
β’ Design, evaluate, and articulate innovative solutions that leverage Collins technologies and align with product roadmap strategies.
β’ Engage in technology development with Department of Defense Science and Technology customers and partners.
β’ Emphasize communications in denied, degraded, intermittent, and limited environments, which includes software-defined radios, waveforms, antennas/apertures, and system-level integration.
β’ Generally requires a University Degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
β’ A valid and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret Security Clearance is required before the start date.
β’ U.S. citizenship is mandatory as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
β’ Familiarity or experience with U.S. military CONOPs related to multi-domain sensing and networking for communications, guidance, and navigation systems.
β’ Experience in DoD acquisitions associated with 6.2β6.4 funding.
β’ Knowledge or experience regarding communications in DDIL environments.
β’ An active U.S. Top Secret or TS/SCI Security Clearance is preferred on Day 1.
β’ Prior direct experience collaborating with DoD S&T communities as a U.S. government employee or contractor is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with the Salesforce CRM tool is preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 30% may be necessary.
