This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead the introduction of the US Preclinical and Clinical Solutions portfolio to potential clients.
β’ Manage the complete process from pricing proposals and strategic planning to client interaction and project execution.
β’ Formulate and implement business development strategies for the preclinical and clinical services division.
β’ Discover new opportunities, markets, prospective clients, and business ventures.
β’ Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in biotech, pharmaceutical, and CRO organizations.
β’ Meet revenue and business development objectives by broadening the client portfolio and fostering long-term partnerships.
β’ Collaborate with project management, marketing, scientific specialists, and account managers to align client requirements with service offerings and ensure successful project delivery.
β’ Perform competitive analysis and conduct market research.
β’ Oversee contract negotiations to secure favorable terms that align with company goals.
β’ Deliver high-level customer support and swiftly address client inquiries.
β’ Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to boost brand visibility and attract clients.
β’ Travel frequently for business, expected to be around 50%.
β’ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a PhD is preferred.
β’ Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Bioengineering.
β’ 7β10+ years of experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical services, CROs, or biotechnology settings.
β’ 5+ years in consultative sales, key account management, or commercial growth roles focused on selling complex CRO/scientific solutions.
β’ Experience in selling early-stage preclinical services and/or clinical solutions.
β’ Proven success in managing consultative sales cycles of 6β18 months involving cross-functional technical teams and procurement departments.
β’ Consistent record of achieving or surpassing annual quota metrics, typically ranging from $3Mβ$10M+ in annual contract value.
β’ Proficiency in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing MSAs and SOWs.
β’ Established network of decision-makers within regional biotech hubs, pharmaceutical firms, and academic research institutions.
β’ Strong foundational knowledge in life sciences to comprehend study designs, regulatory pathways, and translational science.
β’ Must possess a valid US driver's license.
β’ Fully remote work-from-home opportunity.
