This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Lead comprehensive campaign strategies that integrate brand, product, and competitive initiatives.
• Convert business goals into well-defined campaign frameworks.
• Manage the strategy for measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Assess performance across various channels and stages of the marketing funnel.
• Create executive-ready performance reports.
• Collaborate with media agencies to develop media strategies, determine channel mix, and make investment decisions.
• Coordinate efforts among web, digital marketing, social media, regional marketing, creative, and operations teams.
• Ensure cohesive execution, alignment, and sustained momentum for high-quality campaigns.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in integrated campaigns, marketing strategy, or performance marketing roles.
• Demonstrated experience in leading campaign strategy, orchestrating integrated campaigns, and measuring success for large-scale, multi-channel initiatives.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert data into actionable insights, executive narratives, and optimization recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with media agencies and internal digital marketing teams on media strategy and performance assessment.
• Capable of leading cross-functional initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and influencing without direct authority in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Preferred background in B2B, enterprise technology, or SaaS marketing supporting global or regional campaign execution.
• Familiarity with brand measurement, funnel metrics, and pipeline influence models is preferred.
• Expertise in messaging and positioning is preferred.
• A proven track record in brand stewardship is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills are preferred.
