This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in formulating and implementing strategies for portfolio growth that align with the company's objectives and brand priorities.
• Examine syndicated data, retailer insights, consumer research, and internal sales information to pinpoint opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Suggest opportunities for portfolio optimization, which may include SKU rationalization, pricing strategies, packaging enhancements, and product lifecycle management.
• Create new product concepts from the ideation stage to commercialization by utilizing the stage-gate innovation process.
• Oversee cross-functional commercialization efforts, encompassing packaging development, positioning, claims, launch planning, and market execution.
• Propel product renovation projects, including reformulations, packaging improvements, retailer exclusives, and line extensions.
• Identify consumer insights, market trends, and whitespace opportunities to guide innovation and portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers and agency partners on integrated marketing campaigns, creative assets, and media strategies.
• Contribute to the development of annual brand plans, promotional calendars, and retailer marketing initiatives.
• Create product positioning, messaging, launch materials, and sales support tools for digital, retail, practitioner, and eCommerce channels.
• Ensure marketing efforts enhance Nordic Naturals' premium brand positioning and scientific credibility.
• Adapt to shifting business priorities and assist in achieving team goals as necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, Product Marketing, or Category Management.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in supporting new product innovation and stage-gate commercialization processes.
• Excellent creative judgment with experience in integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and keep projects on schedule.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects at once.
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in the dietary supplement or CPG sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with syndicated market data such as SPINS, Circana, or Nielsen is preferred.
