This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of and oversee CLEAResult's sports sponsorships and significant partnerships.
• Manage relationships related to sponsorships, along with deliverables and tracking of ROI.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Events on the activation of sponsorships, event attendance and promotion, and opportunities for speaking engagements.
• Act as the primary brand resource for the Canadian team.
• Assist with Canadian proposals, sell sheets, event promotion, and other branding needs.
• Lead the organic social media strategy and its implementation across various channels.
• Oversee community engagement and utilize scripts and assets provided by the Content Marketing Manager.
• Implement and uphold brand guidelines across Growth Marketing channels and campaign materials.
• Collaborate with designers to maintain visual standards and modernize the brand.
• Enhance campaign content on social channels in partnership with Growth Marketing Managers and the Content Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate with Corporate Communications to ensure consistency in company-wide social and PR messaging.
• Conduct audits of sponsorship agreements, social channels, and Canadian brand needs within the first 90 days.
• Develop sponsorship activation plans, ROI frameworks, social calendars, Canadian request processes, and remediation plans for brand governance.
• Execute or fully plan the initial sponsorship activation and establish ongoing collaboration with Corporate Communications.
• Over 5 years of experience in brand marketing, including managing sponsorships or partnerships.
• Proven track record of overseeing a major partnership relationship from start to finish, including tracking deliverables and reporting ROI.
• Experience managing organic social media across multiple channels, with a focus on community engagement.
• Knowledge of brand guideline systems such as Frontify or similar tools.
• Ability to support a distributed team, including Canadian colleagues, and collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate Communications.
• Experience with social media management and scheduling platforms.
• Familiarity with tools for social analytics.
• Knowledge of AI tools like Claude or similar for drafting and reporting on social media content.
• Must be authorized to work in the country where this position is located without needing employer sponsorship or support.
• Successful candidates will need to pass pre-employment checks.
• If applicable, must meet all DOT qualification requirements and adhere to relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Understanding of Canadian marketing compliance (CASL) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in French is a plus.
• Familiarity with the utility or energy industry is an asset.
