This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Oversee comprehensive analytics and transformation projects from the initial problem definition to final implementation.

• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to identify challenges and convert them into actionable analytics strategies.

• Spearhead initiatives related to demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply planning, procurement, logistics, and operational performance.

• Guide and mentor cross-functional analytics teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

• Create analytical frameworks, key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and insights to facilitate strategic decision-making.

• Manage client relationships and effectively communicate recommendations to senior leadership.

• Discover opportunities to utilize data, analytics, and AI/ML to enhance supply chain efficiency and improve business results.

• Participate in solution development, proposal creation, and opportunities for client expansion.

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in analytics, consulting, data-driven strategy, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in the Banking/Financial Services sector is essential.

• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and the associated business challenges.

• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale analytics or transformation initiatives.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication, particularly with senior and executive stakeholders.

• Familiarity with AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data products.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or cloud/data platforms.
