This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic advisor and a hands-on business partner to leaders in Product and Enterprise Strategy Specialists.
• Convert company strategy into actionable objectives that promote multiproduct growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, performance tracking, annual planning, strategic planning, KPI/OKR formulation, business reviews, and executive reporting.
• Distill complex business data into insights, recognize trends and opportunities, and propose data-driven actions.
• Spearhead strategic projects and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Enhance operational models and business processes, facilitate organizational change, and implement accountability mechanisms.
• Deliver KPI reports, dashboards, executive updates, ad hoc analyses, and executive narratives.
• Manage the GTM operating rhythm, which includes forecasting, pipeline oversight, QBRs, and business reviews.
• Direct annual planning and capacity management, encompassing headcount planning, workforce modeling, long-term planning, and organizational design.
• Refine territory, coverage, quota, and segmentation strategies.
• Strengthen operational discipline through data governance, automation, scalable best practices, and ongoing process improvement.
• Lead growth initiatives focused on pipeline generation, cross-selling, expansion, and solution selling.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, HR, Enterprise Technology, and other teams to achieve measurable results.
• Over 8 years of experience in sales/revenue operations, business operations, or strategy consulting.
• At least 2 years of experience directly collaborating with senior software/tech sales leaders in organizations with $1B+ in sales is preferred.
• Proven experience in establishing and managing sales operating rhythms, including business reviews, QBRs, and forecasting processes.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, SQL, Looker, Gong, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and AI capabilities.
• Ability to utilize data and AI tools to generate insights, automate workflows, produce executive narratives, and drive data-informed decisions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
