📋 Description

• Oversee the sales strategy for airline payments across the EMEA-APAC regions, focusing on new business, renewals, expansion, and share-shift opportunities.

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with leaders in airline payment, distribution, finance, and commercial sectors.

• Assist customers in navigating payment modernization, which encompasses acceptance, virtual cards, account-to-account payments, supplier enablement, fraud management, chargebacks, and reconciliation.

• Develop persuasive value propositions, negotiate enterprise agreements, and advance opportunities from initial engagement to successful closure.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and regional commercial teams to align customer requirements with roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust experience in strategic sales, commercial partnerships, or business development, preferably within airline payments, fintech, travel technology, or enterprise SaaS.

• Demonstrated success in selling payment or financial technology solutions to airlines, travel sellers, or other partners in the travel ecosystem.

• Comprehensive understanding of merchant services, payment acceptance, fraud management, chargebacks, reconciliation, virtual cards, and account-to-account payments.

• Proven track record of leading complex, extended-cycle enterprise sales and negotiating with senior stakeholders in EMEA, APAC, or global markets.

• Strong commercial acumen.

• A collaborative approach to leadership.

• Ability to challenge existing processes when more effective alternatives exist.
