Senior Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business processes, procedures, and data to discover areas for enhancement.

• Analyze real estate and associated business information from various data sources.

• Create and revise standard operating procedures, process documentation, reports, and user instructions.

• Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and quality assessments.

• Examine data structures and information models to enhance organization and accessibility.

• Compile reports, presentations, metrics, and recommendations for management.

• Collaborate with analysts, GIS experts, technical teams, and client stakeholders.

• Provide support for data management, real estate, and business process improvement initiatives.

• Assess current processes and analyze information to find methods to boost business-operation accuracy and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, GIS, Management, or a related field.

• Experience in management analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or process enhancement.

• Proficient in working with databases, spreadsheets, and structured business information.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to produce clear written reports, procedures, and presentations.

• Capacity to meet relevant client access requirements.

• Preferred experience in supporting real property, facilities, GIS, or asset management programs.

• Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or other GIS applications is advantageous.

• Experience with government or large enterprise organizations is preferred.

• Knowledge of data quality, metadata, or data management standards is desirable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.

• Capability to type and read from a computer screen.

• Adequate mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling.

• Ability to walk moderate to long distances as necessary.

• Potential to lift up to 25 lbs.
