Senior LV Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee complex Linguistic Validation projects independently from start to finish.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication throughout the project duration.

• Organize both internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery of projects that meet scope and quality expectations.

• Track project progress meticulously and maintain comprehensive project documentation and trackers.

• Handle project budgets, invoicing, and change orders to uphold financial oversight and profitability.

• Recognize, manage, and escalate project risks, resource limitations, and quality concerns.

• Facilitate and support cross-functional project teams.

• Assist in the coaching and mentoring of junior team members.

• Spot opportunities for account growth and actively contribute to proposals and revenue enhancement.

• Optimize processes, localization practices, and operational methodologies.

• Keep accurate project and client KPI data within relevant systems.

• Ensure that deliverables align with client expectations and adhere to RWS processes and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Project Management or a similar role.

• Proven track record of independently managing complex projects in a structured, deadline-oriented setting.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Linguistic Validation processes and relevant stakeholders.

• Strong experience in client management and customer service, with the ability to confidently act as the main client liaison.

• Familiarity with budget management, project financials, and ensuring profitability.

• Proficient project planning, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to complex projects and shifting priorities.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing various stakeholders.

• Ability to identify risks, delivery challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Degree or qualification in Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Familiarity with translation management systems, CAT tools, and AI-assisted productivity tools is a plus.

• PMP certification and proficiency in an additional language are beneficial.
