Senior Loan Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Transform warm leads into successful loan sales.

• Persuade potential clients throughout the loan application process and finalize sales within 1–2 calls.

• Oversee up to 20 active transactions at different stages of progress.

• Recognize customer challenges such as medical debts and home repairs.

• Articulate how Achieve’s personal loan products offer effective solutions.

• Surpass daily and weekly goals to optimize commission earnings.

• Assist members in enhancing their financial conditions through digital personal finance solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recent inside sales experience.

• Preferred experience in an outbound call center environment.

• Demonstrated success in commission-driven roles.

• Proficient in navigating Salesforce or similar CRM systems while engaging in high-energy conversations.

• Ability to work an 8-hour shift that includes one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday).

• Flexibility to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.

• Availability to work between business hours of 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM CST.

• Eligibility for remote work in Texas or Florida.
