Senior Link Builder Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of comprehensive link acquisition campaigns, overseeing all aspects from prospecting to placement.

• Identify valuable backlink opportunities that align with client industries and SEO strategies.

• Increase the number of referring domains and authoritative links while ensuring quality, relevance, and credibility.

• Enhance brand visibility and discover link opportunities through platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, niche forums, and other online communities.

• Develop and manage profiles, posts, and engagement strategies aimed at attracting organic backlinks and referral traffic.

• Promote various content types including blogs, landing pages, research papers, infographics, and video materials.

• Propose content ideas that can organically generate backlinks.

• Perform backlink gap analyses and reverse-engineer competitor link acquisition strategies.

• Keep daily records of outreach activities and link acquisition pipelines.

• Provide reports on acquired links, active placements, domain metrics, and overall impact.

• Optimize outreach efforts to enhance conversion rates.

• Increase outreach efficiency through automation, tools, and emerging technologies.

• Stay informed about algorithm updates, spam risks, and evolving best practices in the industry.

• Strong knowledge of contemporary link-building and digital PR methods.

• Demonstrated experience in managing outreach to bloggers and publishers.

• Ability to secure placements in forums, communities, and user-generated content platforms.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.

• Strong skills in research, negotiation, and relationship management.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.

• Comfortable working with web technologies and digital publishing processes.

• Availability to work from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
