
Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of measurable performance enhancements throughout the entire patient lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, activation, early care, and long-term retention.
• Create, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across email, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Develop experimentation roadmaps linked to lifecycle KPIs such as no-show/late-cancel rates, visit completion, and retention.
• Examine funnel performance, segment variation, and state-level differences to pinpoint gaps and prioritize enhancements.
• Evaluate and test AI-driven lifecycle capabilities, including send-time optimization, predictive segmentation, dynamic content, and propensity modeling.
• Collaborate with Data, Engineering, Operations, Marketing Operations, and Product teams to incorporate machine-learning signals into lifecycle triggers and journeys.
• Assess AI model performance, monitor for drift, and ensure that AI-assisted decisions are rooted in patient outcomes and business impact.
• Establish, maintain, and advance lifecycle performance reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Write SQL queries and work with Analytics and BI teams to extract actionable insights.
• Define success metrics, ensure appropriate instrumentation, and uphold an incrementality standard for experiments.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment among both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Creative team on messaging hypotheses and content strategies.
• Synchronize behavioral and product signals across lifecycle programs to create a cohesive patient experience.
• 5 to 8 years or more of experience in growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing with a proven history of achieving measurable results.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working within data warehouses; experience with Snowflake is preferred.
• Proven experience in designing, measuring, and refining structured experiments.
• Clear understanding of incrementality and its significance.
• Deep knowledge of cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and segment-level performance variation.
• Genuine interest in AI and ML applications in lifecycle marketing, including predictive modeling, dynamic content, propensity scoring, and intelligent automation.
• Analytical rigor to evaluate AI and ML applications critically.
• Comfort in testing and rapidly forming opinions on new tools.
• Ability to differentiate real performance improvement from noise.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to translate complex data into clear, concise business recommendations.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship or transfer requirements are addressed during the application process.
