Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee targeted email campaigns and drip sequences for a contact list exceeding 15K.

• Design pre- and post-event email nurture flows to support sales and business development efforts.

• Transform the newsletter into a lead-generation asset featuring clear calls to action.

• Assist in the production, promotion, and follow-up communications for webinars.

• Participate in the management and scheduling of social media content.

• Support the creation of blog content and SEO materials.

• Create and modify social graphics, one-pagers, and presentation slides.

• Edit short-form video content, incorporating basic cuts, captions, motion effects, and transitions.

• Extract data from marketing and sales platforms to prepare performance reports.

• Perform research on market trends, competitors, and potential prospects.

• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Service, and various teams to enhance revenue marketing, branding, and client acquisition strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in marketing; internships are included.

• Practical experience in email marketing.

• Acquainted with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other comparable email platforms.

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear and persuasive marketing content.

• Experience in designing basic marketing materials using Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar software.

• Basic video editing skills, particularly for short-form content suitable for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.

• Proficient in working with spreadsheets and basic dashboards.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

• Genuine interest in B2B marketing, demand generation, and performance-focused campaigns.

• Experience in ecommerce or agency marketing/advertising services is a significant advantage.

• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
