Marketing Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create marketing materials

• Prepare qualification documents

• Draft responses for proposals

• Develop presentations

• Manage marketing collateral

• Conduct client research

• Support survey submissions

• Assist in award applications

• Acquire understanding of CRM systems

• Build a foundational knowledge of marketing and terminology/procedures in the AEC industry

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

• Deliver proactive, optimistic, and solution-oriented customer service

• Work autonomously as well as collaboratively

• Interact with the HR team, Beck employees, and external partners

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–1 years of relevant experience

• Preferred major in Marketing or Communications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic familiarity with Adobe Suite

• Eagerness to learn

• Capability to listen actively and think critically

• Commitment to consistent and timely attendance

• Ability to sit, stand, and move frequently within the office

• Proficiency in operating a computer and office productivity tools

• Capacity to frequently lift and move items up to ten pounds, and occasionally up to fifty pounds
