This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of and develop lifecycle campaigns for Docker's Container and AI Platform products aimed at both end users and administrators.
• Design and implement email and in-product messaging initiatives, including those for Sandboxes and AI Governance.
• Create and execute large-scale programmatic sends to a user base numbering in the tens of millions.
• Develop and manage automated first-touch flows for Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) and incoming leads.
• Establish automated outreach for renewals in collaboration with renewal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data and growth engineering teams to gather and verify usage signals.
• Oversee suppression lists and enforce contact governance protocols.
• Conduct pre-send quality assurance and live proofs, monitor campaign launches, and address any data synchronization issues.
• Convert technical product usage and adoption signals into effective messaging tailored for developers and administrators.
• Organize priorities into a sequenced build queue and roadmap.
• Coordinate with design and agency partners.
• Manage program naming, tracking, and performance reporting.
• Report directly to the VP of Product-Led Growth (PLG) and work alongside the lifecycle marketing lead.
• In the first 30 days, assess existing programs and tools and refine the roadmap.
• Within the first 90 days, launch a self-managed campaign, contribute to renewal automation efforts, and set up reporting mechanisms.
• By the end of the first year, maintain a mature set of lifecycle programs, demonstrate measurable impact, and assist in scaling the function.
• Proven experience specifically in lifecycle marketing, preferably in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) or self-service environment.
• A solid history of managing campaigns from inception to completion: strategy development, build, quality assurance, and distribution.
• Experience in launching programs that positively influenced activation, retention, or renewal conversion rates.
• Proficient in using Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform.
• Familiar with audience segmentation, program and campaign setup, suppression management, contact governance, quality assurance, live proofs, and launch oversight.
• Capable of validating record-level data and targeting logic in collaboration with data teams.
• Skillful in translating technical products or raw usage data into credible messaging for developers or administrators.
• Understanding of developer ecosystems, cloud services, or intricate multi-product software platforms.
• Demonstrated senior-level decision-making ability and independent ownership as an individual contributor.
• Strong collaborative skills with marketing, sales, data, design, agency, BDR, and renewal partners.
• Proficiency in SQL is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
