Senior Legal Counsel – Digital Topics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer global legal counsel to AUMOVIO SE and its subsidiaries concerning commercial law, contract law, and digital transformation.

• Provide guidance on Digital Law, encompassing IT law, cloud services, AI regulations, and digital platforms.

• Counsel on legal issues related to autonomous driving.

• Draft and evaluate contracts with suppliers and customers, including software licenses, SaaS agreements, IT projects, and open-source arrangements.

• Deliver legal assistance for digitalization initiatives.

• Advise on all legal issues across the Group.

• Collaborate with teams in IT, IP, Cyber Security, Data Protection, and Procurement.

• Assist in international projects and, when necessary, M&A activities within the digital sphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed attorney (m/f/d).

• Several years of experience in the legal department of a corporate group or at an international commercial law firm.

• Comprehensive understanding of IT law and Digital Law.

• Proficient in both German and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills, particularly in negotiations.

• Capability to articulate complex issues in a straightforward and pragmatic manner.
