Senior Legal Counsel – Digital Topics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer global legal guidance to AUMOVIO SE and its subsidiaries concerning corporate law, contract law, and digital transformation.

• Provide counsel on Digital Law, encompassing IT law, cloud services, AI regulations, and digital platforms.

• Address legal issues related to autonomous driving.

• Draft and assess agreements with suppliers and clients, including software licenses, SaaS contracts, IT projects, and open-source deals.

• Deliver legal assistance for digitalization initiatives.

• Counsel on all legal matters within the Group.

• Collaborate with teams in IT, Intellectual Property, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and Procurement.

• Assist in international projects and, when relevant, M&A activities within the digital sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed attorney (m/f/d).

• Multiple years of experience in the legal division of a multinational company or at an international commercial law firm.

• Strong understanding of IT law and Digital Law.

• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken, with robust negotiation skills.

• Capability to convey complex issues in a practical and comprehensible way.

• Outstanding communication and advisory abilities.
