Senior Legal Counsel – AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of approximately 16–20 legal contributors

• Personally develop challenging legal tasks and exemplary solutions

• Create and enhance work related to contract drafting, legal analysis, regulatory interpretation, and associated legal processes

• Evaluate outputs for legal accuracy, depth of reasoning, practical relevance, and coherence

• Set and uphold evaluation standards, rubrics, and reference benchmarks

• Mentor team members and deliver clear, constructive feedback

• Manage priorities, delegation, workflow, and quality of delivery within the team

• Identify recurring quality concerns, edge cases, and ambiguous evaluation criteria

• Escalate intricate or unresolved issues to senior leadership as necessary

• Promote ongoing improvement in task creation, review, calibration, and quality assurance processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in legal practice

• Juris Doctor (JD) or an equivalent legal qualification

• Active admission to the bar in the United States

• Strong proficiency in contract drafting, legal analysis, and regulatory interpretation

• Experience at the Senior Associate, Counsel, or equivalent level is preferred
