Senior Learning Facilitator, Mortgage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead live training sessions, onboarding initiatives for new hires, and ongoing education across all mortgage fulfillment roles.

• Conduct primarily virtual training with occasional in-person sessions.

• Tailor facilitation approaches to accommodate learners with diverse levels of competence and experience.

• Collaborate with the Manager of Learning Design & Delivery to uphold facilitation quality standards, ensure consistent delivery, and implement Train the Trainer programs.

• Work alongside Enablement Managers and Instructional Designers to develop materials, coordinate logistics, and manage the facilitation calendar.

• Collect post-session feedback from learners, analyze trends, and communicate findings for content enhancement.

• Assess the effectiveness of programs and independently present insights and suggestions to stakeholders.

• Provide backup facilitation support when Enablement Managers face conflicting priorities.

• Utilize training techniques for technical skills, process knowledge, and behavioral competencies within a regulated mortgage environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in professional training facilitation, instructor-led delivery, or managing learning programs.

• Experience in the mortgage industry, with a proven history of facilitating training for mortgage sales or fulfillment groups.

• Mastery of facilitation techniques across virtual, live, and blended training formats.

• Skilled in using virtual training platforms and collaboration tools.

• Strong foundation in adult learning principles and the basics of instructional design.

• Capability to assess learner needs in real-time, adapt delivery, and identify knowledge gaps during live sessions.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret evaluation and post-session data.

• Competence in managing multiple simultaneous training programs and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without close supervision.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills; comfortable facilitating for various audiences, including leaders and senior stakeholders.

• Self-motivated; plans and executes delivery assignments with minimal administrative oversight.

• Preferred: background in or exposure to instructional design.

• Preferred: experience with LMS platforms, eLearning tools, and virtual facilitation technology.

• Preferred: facilitation certification.
