Senior Learning Experience Designer

• Expand the boundaries of learning design, creating memorable experiences and measuring their impact through exceptional learning expertise.

• Take the lead on projects, assuming full ownership and accountability for the health of client and commercial initiatives.

• Enhance the capabilities of others by sharing knowledge, coaching, and providing constructive feedback.

• Serve as a driving force for collaboration and innovation throughout the organization.

• Develop tailored learning solutions that embody the Unforgettable Learning brand and adhere to human-centered design principles.

• Utilize neuroscience, cognitive psychology, adult learning theory, and behavioral science in crafting learning solutions.

• Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to achieve learning outcomes and deliver strategic learning experiences.

• Ensure timely delivery of client projects within scope and to a high standard of quality.

• Cultivate loyalty and commercial momentum with key accounts by achieving high NPS scores.

• Conduct creative and effective workshops using customized activities.

• Assess learning interventions for their impact and alignment with client objectives.

• Adjust working methods to suit project requirements and client preferences.

• Build partnerships across the organization to fulfill the Unforgettable Learning promise.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing quality and processes.

• Assist in the professional development of others, particularly Learning Experience Designers, through knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentorship.

• Experience in applying neuroscience, cognitive psychology, adult learning theory, and behavioral science.

• Competence in partnering with business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.

• Experience in Learning Experience Design for custom digital learning solutions.

• Proficient storytelling skills for sales presentations, content discussions, and executive recommendations.

• Strong strategic problem-solving skills that translate organizational needs into effective learning strategies.

• Business acumen with the ability to communicate the strategic value of learning effectively.

• Excellent customer relationship management, communication, and presentation skills, including experience with C-suite executives.

• Background in an agency environment with diverse clients and industries.

• Extensive experience in service delivery.

• Advanced knowledge and communication of learning best practices.

• Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Evolve, Rise, and leading industry LMSs.
