This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Simplify complex information, making it clear, relevant, and engaging.
• Assist in enterprise-wide compliance, risk management, ethics, and learning initiatives.
• Implement an established engagement strategy throughout employee communications, campaigns, events, learning programs, and onsite activations.
• Influence the presentation of compliance and ethics topics within the employee experience.
• Convert intricate concepts into communications that employees can comprehend, relate to, and act upon.
• Collaborate with communications leaders, subject matter experts, creative partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proactively deliver high-quality work from initial brief to final delivery.
• Offer sound recommendations and execute communications independently with a high level of autonomy.
• Over 10 years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, learning communications, or a closely related discipline.
• Background in a large technology company, particularly in corporate communications, compliance, policy, or learning environments.
• Extensive experience in supporting corporate compliance, policy, risk, ethics, or learning initiatives.
• Senior-level expertise in copywriting, content writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Proven experience in developing and executing large-scale, enterprise-wide communications programs.
• Experience in contributing to communications strategy while remaining highly involved in hands-on execution.
• Proficiency in translating complex or technical subject matter into clear, engaging content for non-expert audiences.
• Experience in crafting communications aimed at enhancing employee awareness, understanding, mindsets, and behaviors.
• Familiarity with supporting engagement campaigns, employee events, and onsite activations.
• Ability to write across various channels, including employee communications, email campaigns, articles, training materials, events, and digital content.
• Experience in direct collaboration with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong editorial judgment with a keen eye for accuracy, consistency, tone, and quality.
• Capability to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, handle revisions, and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously, make informed recommendations, and produce polished work with minimal supervision.
• A portfolio showcasing senior-level enterprise communications, copywriting, campaigns, or employee engagement projects.
• Proficiency in English (Required).
