Senior Internal Communications Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Implement Samsara’s internal communications strategy.

• Convey the company’s vision and strategy to employees while showcasing progress throughout the year.

• Enhance Samsara’s global brand and meet business requirements.

• Assist in internal communications for leadership, People, Legal, and Go-to-Market stakeholders.

• Draft announcements regarding changes and organizational updates.

• Create newsletters and video content.

• Track organizational feedback and refine communication updates and channels.

• Advocate for, exemplify, and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in internal communications, developing and executing strategic internal communication programs.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including storytelling and presentation abilities.

• Proven experience in creating innovative content across multiple channels.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and work cross-functionally.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ongoing changes.

• Interest in AI and regular application of AI for drafting, synthesizing, or automating tasks.

• Start-up experience is advantageous.

• Skills in design and video editing are considered a plus.

• Experience in tech and SaaS companies is highly preferred.
