Internal Communication Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +26 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in facilitating employee communication throughout the organization

• Develop, organize, and disseminate captivating content via various communication platforms

• Acquire hands-on experience in internal communications, employee engagement, digital content management, and project coordination

• Play a role in significant organizational initiatives

• Engage in video collaboration using Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree at the University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina

• Pursuing a Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited institution in Communications, HR, or a related field

• A minimum of one year of experience as an administrative assistant and/or in customer service is required

• Proficient with PC systems

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Capability to maintain confidentiality

• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and project management abilities

• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods

• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and typing in English

• Ability to hear and use a telephone

• Capable of using a computer with repetitive keystrokes

• Willingness to collaborate on camera via Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx

• Must reside in one of the eligible U.S. states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming

• Students with F-1 or J-1 status are not eligible; the employer will not sponsor work visas
