📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of Lean strategies across Gas manufacturing plants, ensuring alignment with GE Vernova operational objectives and Global Supply Chain standards.

• Organize and carry out impactful Kaizen events aimed at enhancing flow, reducing lead times, increasing productivity, and eliminating defects.

• Collaborate with site leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance Lean capabilities.

• Deliver hands-on coaching in Daily Management, problem-solving, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Spearhead the deployment of Built-In Quality (BIQ) through the establishment of standardized work processes, error-proofing, and rigorous process control.

• Identify, standardize, and share best practices among Gas facilities.

• Propel Lean maturity and uniformity throughout the Gas network.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing within a complex industrial or heavy manufacturing context.

• Demonstrated success in leading comprehensive Lean transformation initiatives at the site level.

• Strong practical experience in applying Toyota Production System (TPS) principles, such as laminar flow, Jidoka, pull systems/Kanban, TPM, and single-piece flow.

• Hands-on experience with Moonshine systems and Karakuri-based automation techniques.

• Exceptional capability to influence, mentor, and drive cultural change across diverse, multi-site organizations.

• Preferred: experience with Shingijutsu, Toyota, or other renowned Lean organizations.

• Preferred: background in heavy industries, including gas turbines or large equipment manufacturing.
