
Senior Lean Manager – Gas Value Stream

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +1 more country.
• Oversee the implementation of Lean strategies throughout Gas manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with GE Vernova’s operational goals and Global Supply Chain standards.
• Organize and carry out impactful Kaizen events aimed at enhancing flow, reducing lead times, boosting productivity, and eliminating defects.
• Collaborate with site leaders and cross-functional teams to cultivate Lean capabilities.
• Offer practical coaching in Daily Management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Spearhead the deployment of Built-In Quality (BIQ) through standardized work practices, error-proofing techniques, and process controls.
• Recognize, standardize, and implement best practices across Gas facilities.
• Advance Lean maturity and guarantee uniformity across the Gas network.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing within a complex industrial or heavy manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated success in leading comprehensive transformation initiatives across a site.
• Significant hands-on experience in applying Toyota Production System (TPS) principles, including laminar flow, Jidoka, pull systems/Kanban, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and single-piece flow.
• Practical knowledge of lean innovations such as Moonshine systems and Karakuri-based automation.
• Strong capability to influence, mentor, and facilitate cultural transformation across diverse, multi-site organizations.
• Preferred: Previous experience with Shingijutsu, Toyota, or similar esteemed Lean organizations.
• Preferred: Background in heavy industry, such as gas turbines or large-scale equipment.
