Senior Lead, Contract Proposal Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Coordinate the efforts of the bid team from the initial phase of the bid process

• Collect and organize essential documents from various stakeholders using designated tools

• Perform credit assessments and verify customer information with the Seller

• Oversee bid budgets, which includes creating account IDs, monitoring usage, and generating weekly reports

• Track budget status and raise alerts when spending exceeds a significant portion of the budget

• Ensure compliance with processes and participate in release calls at various stages of the bid

• Assist in project planning by establishing milestones, scheduling deliverables, and monitoring assignments

• Engage resources and coordinate functions both within and outside the Q2C organization

• Collect necessary approvals for pricing, credit, terms and conditions, legal, and risk assessments

• Support compliance tests, SOX tests, and audits

• Verify process documentation through consultancy and management of artifacts

• Prepare required documents and facilitate the transition for contract registration

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business environment with a focus on business controls and risk management

• Experience with Go To Market proposals and large deal structuring

• At least 2 years of experience collaborating with vendors

• Proven business writing capabilities

• Experience in successfully driving projects to completion

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
