Senior Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create sophisticated applications utilizing Java versions 17 and 21.

• Engage in development within cloud environments using Java frameworks.

• Design and sustain applications, prioritizing both efficiency and security.

• Actively identify and address issues to avert potential problems.

• Involve yourself in stimulating projects alongside industry experts.

• Collaborate with remote teams while consistently sharing knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a similar field.

• Proficient in object-oriented programming.

• Familiarity with Java versions 8 and above, particularly 17 and 21.

• Experience with relational database management.

• Understanding of unit testing methodologies.

• Proficient in using Git for version control.

• Experience in developing and maintaining distributed systems, especially microservices.

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices.

• Familiarity with non-relational database systems.

• Understanding of Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.

• Knowledge of RESTful services.

• Familiarity with Kafka messaging systems.

• Understanding of observability tools.

• Proficient in Spring Boot and/or Micronaut frameworks.

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS.

• Experience in Open Finance is advantageous.
