Senior Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop software components in accordance with design specifications.

• Conduct system integration and thorough testing.

• Identify and resolve technical issues.

• Execute unit tests on software components.

• Engage in estimating project efforts and delivery schedules.

• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

• Offer technical insights to influence product roadmaps.

• Take part in incident triage, analysis, and prioritization.

• Enhance and support CI/CD processes.

• Create and maintain tailored software solutions for a tax administration system.

• Integrate with various external systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Java development.

• Proven expertise with the Spring Framework and Quarkus.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or other RDBMS.

• Proficient in REST/SOAP integrations and messaging systems (Kafka, ActiveMQ).

• Solid understanding of testing methodologies.

• Ability to communicate fluently in English.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with stakeholders and distributed teams.

• Experience in Angular front-end development is a plus.

• Proficiency in German or Swiss German is an asset.
