Senior Java Developer – 100% remoto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Join the TradeNxt team responsible for the operational continuity and technological advancement of an international Trade Finance platform.

• Develop and maintain Java applications.

• Design, build, and evolve REST APIs.

• Create new functionalities and technical enhancements for the platform.

• Analyze and resolve production incidents.

• Collaborate with international teams from Chile, Spain, and Mexico.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies.

• Manage the backlog using Jira.

• Coordinate with Architecture, Operations, and Business areas.

• Contribute from Chile to the development of robust, scalable, and high-impact solutions for the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience as a Java Developer.

• Experience working in international Agile teams.

• Proficiency in Java 17 or higher.

• Knowledge of Spring Boot.

• Familiarity with JPA / Hibernate.

• Experience in developing REST APIs.

• Understanding of OpenAPI.

• Proficiency in Maven.

• Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with GitHub.

• Experience using Jira and Confluence.

• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.

• Automated testing experience with JUnit.

• Experience in distributed environments.

• Position based in Chile to work with international teams and clients.

• Experience with Kafka or JMS will be valued.

• Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift will be valued.

• Experience with Liquibase will be valued.

• Experience in Documentary Trade projects will be valued.

• Experience in Corporate Banking will be valued.

• Experience in international Trade Finance operations will be valued.
