Senior IT Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and offer escalation support for SaaS platforms.

• Establish and uphold policies, software deployment, patching, and security compliance for Mac and Windows endpoints utilizing Jamf and Intune.

• Oversee lifecycle management for key collaboration and endpoint management platforms.

• Create automation scripts and workflows to enhance administrative efficiency and user experience.

• Monitor system health, performance, and usage; proactively address or escalate issues.

• Work alongside Security, Engineering, HR, and Legal teams to synchronize and integrate SaaS tools with company infrastructure and procedures.

• Conduct investigations and discovery across systems for Legal and HR purposes.

• Support vendor management and product assessments.

• Drive project initiatives and solutions.

• Facilitate onboarding of new applications for single sign-on.

• Develop and sustain technical operating procedures, policies, and engineering roadmaps.

• Ensure platforms adhere to security best practices in collaboration with the Security team.

• Provide Tier 3 IT support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 3 years of experience in supporting SaaS Collaboration tools and managing Mac and Windows endpoints.

• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Comprehensive knowledge of email delivery flow, IT security, and IAM concepts.

• Familiarity with RBAC and permission models across essential SaaS applications.

• Experience in scripting and automation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
