Senior IT Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Manage recruitment initiatives, encompassing sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.

• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure adherence to compliance and enhance service delivery.

• Cultivate and sustain market knowledge, particularly regarding the competitive landscape of clients.

• Provide insights on market trends, competitor intelligence, and feedback from candidates.

• Keep the database and reporting documentation accurate and up-to-date.

• Recruit top-tier talent for international clientele.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, French, and German is essential.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment within an international setting.

• Preferably have a background in recruitment agencies, executive search, or RPO vendors.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle.

• Effective strategies for candidate sourcing and channel engagement.

• Must possess knowledge of the technology sector.

• Capable of efficiently managing a demanding workload and juggling competing priorities.
