Senior IT Project Manager – Salesforce Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Salesforce transformation projects, which encompass organizational simplification, system consolidation, and initiatives for platform optimization.

• Manage projects aimed at simplifying Salesforce integrations with third-party applications while reducing the complexity of the application landscape.

• Propel the continuous improvement of digital communication platforms alongside associated business capabilities.

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk assessments, and dependencies.

• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams spanning Business, IT, Salesforce, Architecture, and external vendors.

• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders, conduct governance meetings, provide status reports, and handle executive communications.

• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business, compliance, and technological objectives.

• Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives through standardized processes, scalable solutions, and enhanced system architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.

• At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise IT projects, ideally within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering Salesforce-related projects, including Salesforce CRM implementations, enhancements, or transformation efforts.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce multi-org architectures, integration patterns, and methodologies for system simplification.

• Experience in managing integrations with third-party systems and initiatives for application rationalization.

• Basic understanding of enterprise digital communication platforms and associated business processes.

• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and communication.
