Senior IT Project Manager – Salesforce Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Salesforce transformation initiatives, which encompass organizational simplification, system consolidation, and optimization of the platform.

• Manage projects aimed at streamlining Salesforce integrations with external applications and minimizing the complexity of the application landscape.

• Propel ongoing improvement of digital communication platforms and associated business functionalities.

• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, resource distribution, risks, and interdependencies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Business, IT, Salesforce, Architecture, and outside vendors.

• Lead stakeholder alignment efforts, governance meetings, status updates, and executive communication.

• Ensure that project outcomes adhere to quality benchmarks and correspond with business and technological goals.

• Contribute to enterprise digital transformation via standardized procedures, scalable solutions, and enhanced system architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing enterprise IT projects.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering Salesforce-related projects, including implementations, enhancements, or transformation efforts.

• Solid comprehension of Salesforce multi-organization architectures, integration patterns, and methodologies for system simplification.

• Experience in managing integrations with third-party systems and initiatives for application rationalization.

• Basic knowledge of enterprise digital communication platforms and their associated business processes.

• Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, project governance, risk assessment, and communication.
