Senior IT Project Manager – Salesforce Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Salesforce transformation initiatives, which include organizational simplification, system consolidation, and platform optimization.

• Manage projects aimed at simplifying Salesforce integrations with external applications while minimizing the complexity of the application landscape.

• Propel the ongoing improvement of digital communication platforms along with associated business capabilities.

• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, resource distribution, risk management, and dependencies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams from Business, IT, Salesforce, Architecture, and external vendors.

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, governance meetings, status updates, and executive communications.

• Ensure that project outcomes meet quality benchmarks and align with both business and technological goals.

• Assist in enterprise digital transformation via standardized processes, scalable solutions, and enhanced system architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing enterprise IT projects.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering Salesforce-related projects, including Salesforce CRM implementations, enhancements, or transformation efforts.

• A solid understanding of Salesforce multi-organization architectures, integration methodologies, and system simplification strategies.

• Experience in managing integrations with third-party systems and initiatives for application rationalization.

• Basic knowledge of enterprise digital communication platforms and associated business processes.

• Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and effective communication.
