Senior IT Project Manager – Salesforce Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Salesforce transformation projects, encompassing organization simplification, system consolidation, and platform optimization efforts.

• Handle projects that streamline Salesforce integrations with third-party applications while minimizing application landscape complexity.

• Propel the ongoing improvement of digital communication platforms and associated business capabilities.

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Business, IT, Salesforce, Architecture, and external vendors.

• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders, governance meetings, status updates, and executive communications.

• Ensure that project deliverables adhere to quality standards and align with both business and technology objectives.

• Assist in enterprise digital transformation through standardized processes, scalable solutions, and enhanced system architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing enterprise IT projects.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering Salesforce-related projects, including Salesforce CRM implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce multi-org architectures, integration patterns, and methodologies for system simplification.

• Experience in managing integrations with third-party systems and initiatives for application rationalization.

• Basic knowledge of enterprise digital communication platforms and the associated business processes.

• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and communication.
