Senior IT Project Manager – Laboratory Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, and successfully complete IT projects within the laboratory setting.

• Oversee project timelines, financials, and resource allocation.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish project objectives.

• Enforce quality assurance protocols for IT systems.

• Perform risk evaluations and create strategies for risk mitigation.

• Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards.

• Lead project teams while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

• Encourage the adoption of best practices in IT project management.

• Generate project progress reports.

• Manage vendor relationships pertaining to IT quality laboratory initiatives.

• Oversee Document Management Systems (DMS).

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with an emphasis on quality applications.

• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and various project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with quality assurance processes is essential.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management practices.

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects in intricate IT environments.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is preferred.

• Knowledge of GxP regulatory compliance is advantageous.

• Experience with Document Management System (DMS) solutions is required.

• Capability to work remotely from Spain.
