Senior IT Project Manager – Laboratory Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within a laboratory setting.

• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish project scope.

• Implement quality assurance protocols for IT systems.

• Perform risk assessments and create strategies for mitigation.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Lead project teams while promoting ongoing improvement.

• Encourage the adoption of best practices in IT project management.

• Generate project status updates and reports.

• Oversee vendor relationships for IT quality laboratory projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in IT project management with a focus on quality applications.

• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies.

• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes.

• Strong familiarity with IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management.

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects within complex IT environments.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).

• Understanding of GxP regulatory compliance.

• Familiarity with Document Management System (DMS) solutions.

• Experience in managing Document Management Systems (DMS).
