Senior IT Project Manager – Laboratory Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, and oversee IT projects within laboratory settings

• Oversee project timelines, financials, and resource allocation

• Work alongside cross-disciplinary teams to establish project objectives

• Apply quality assurance protocols for IT systems

• Perform risk evaluations and create strategies for mitigation

• Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards

• Guide project teams and foster ongoing improvements

• Advocate for the integration of IT project management best practices

• Generate project status reports

• Manage vendor partnerships for IT quality laboratory initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory

• Over 7 years of experience in IT project management, with an emphasis on quality applications

• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies

• In-depth understanding of quality assurance processes

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management principles

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects within complex IT settings

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS)

• Understanding of GxP regulatory compliance

• Experience with Document Management System (DMS) solutions

• Capability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

• Experience in risk assessment and developing mitigation strategies

• Awareness of regulatory compliance requirements
