Senior IT Project Manager – Laboratory Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Plan, implement, and successfully complete IT projects within the laboratory setting.

• Oversee project timelines, financial plans, and resource allocation.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to outline project objectives.

• Establish quality assurance protocols for IT systems.

• Perform risk evaluations and create strategies for risk mitigation.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Lead project groups and encourage continuous enhancement.

• Propel the adoption of best practices in IT project management.

• Generate reports on project status.

• Manage relationships with vendors associated with IT quality laboratory initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.

• Over 7 years of experience in IT project management, particularly in quality applications.

• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and various other project management methodologies.

• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management.

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects within complex IT environments.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).

• Understanding of GxP regulatory compliance.

• Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS) and DMS solutions.
